1. Summary
Quotempo does not collect, gather or transmit any data. The app has no user account, no advertising, no analytics or crash reporting services and no telemetry. Quotempo itself does not open any internet connection. Everything Quotempo does happens on your Mac.

3. What the app processes on your Mac
Quotempo starts the command-line tools of the providers you use on your Mac (claude by Anthropic, codex by OpenAI, agy by Google) and reads their output: percentages, reset times and, where the tools supply them, the account name and plan. The app displays this information. It does not store it, apart from the measured values under section 4.
Quotempo only sends the tools their local status commands (for example /status and /usage), never requests to language models.
No passwords, tokens, cookies or keychain contents are read or stored. For Antigravity, the app only checks whether a keychain entry exists, never its content.
4. What is stored locally
The folder ~/Library/Application Support/Quotempo contains:
- the history of measured values (percentage, reset time and point in time per window); measured values are removed after 30 days;
- the activity log (times, results and error messages of the queries; in case of errors it may contain short excerpts of the tool output). Log entries are removed after 30 days;
- an empty working folder for Claude Code;
- if an output cannot be read or has an unknown form, a cleaned text sample without e-mail address, organisation and paths (folder Diagnostics);
- the setup scripts that you started yourself.
Your settings (language, appearance, selection and order of the agents, accepted version of the terms of use) are kept in the preferences of macOS. This data does not leave your Mac. The providers' tools may create data of their own; their privacy policies apply to that.
A support report (version, system, status of the tools and the log of the last 7 days; e-mail addresses and the user name in paths are replaced by default) is only created when you click and only sent by yourself; you see the content before it is sent.
5. Network and third parties
Quotempo sends nothing to Xvision Solutions or to third parties. The command-line tools may communicate with their providers' servers for their work, for example to retrieve quotas. The providers' privacy policies apply to that:
- Anthropic: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- OpenAI: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
- Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Links in the app (documentation, website, support) only open in the browser when you click them. If you start an installation from the setup assistant, the script downloads the provider's installer in the visible Terminal.
6. Login item and scripts
Starting at login is voluntary and can be switched off at any time in the settings of Quotempo or in System Settings (General, Login Items). Scripts for installing and signing in to the tools only run when you click, visibly in Terminal. Quotempo never changes your ~/.zshrc file.
7. Deletion and your rights
To delete everything, remove the app and the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Quotempo and, if present, the login item in System Settings. Because Quotempo does not transmit any personal data to us, we hold no data that we could disclose, correct or delete on request. Direct questions about data protection to office@xvision.solutions.
8. Legal bases, supervision and language version
This privacy policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, takes the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into account. As Quotempo does not transmit personal data to us, we do not process personal data of users as the provider. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU with the supervisory authority of your place of residence. The German version prevails.
